A 154 sq. meter, a few-place, fourth flooring condominium with a stability place, 14 square meter balcony, 13 sq. meter storage home, elevator and two parking spaces in the Blue Venture overlooking the sea with a swimming pool, sauna, exercise home and tennis court in the building was bought for NIS 6.4 million.

A 100 sq. meter, 4.5-home, 2nd ground condominium with a sun balcony, elevator and parking on Arnon Avenue was marketed for NIS 2.23 million (RE/MAX – Concentration).

Petah Tikva: A 115 square meter, 5-place apartment with a 10 square meter sunshine balcony, elevator and parking on Sander Street was sold for NIS 1.97 million (RE-MAX – Supreme).

A 254 sq. meter, 7 room house with a 49 square meter basement on a 320 square meter large amount with two parking areas on Yamit Avenue in the Neve Dekalim neighborhood in the west of the town was offered for NIS 5.55 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rehovot: A 90 sq. meter, 4-area, 2nd ground apartment with an 8 square meter sun balcony, shared parking and no elevator on Hanoter Road was bought for NIS 1.55 million. A 122 square meter, five-room, fifth ground condominium with a 12 sq. meter sunshine balcony, storage place, elevator and parking on Nordau Road was bought for NIS 2.63 million. A 107 sq. meter, four area, second floor apartment on Hakerem Avenue was sold for NIS 1.78 million (Anglo-Saxon).
