The shekel has again been weakening sharply now against the dollar and strengthening towards the euro, soon after the Bank of Israel lifted Israel’s desire level by .5% yesterday, to 1.25%. In afternoon inter-financial institution investing, the shekel trade charge is up 1.07% towards the dollar at NIS 3.534/$ and down .63% towards the euro at NIS 3.634/€.

Yesterday, prior to the fee hike announcement, the Bank of Israel established the consultant shekel-dollar level down .851% these days from Friday, at NIS 3.496/$, and the agent shekel-euro fee was established .765% lower at NIS 3.657/€.

The shekel is investing towards the greenback at concentrations not seen given that May perhaps 2020.
